the apartment was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It was located just a short walk from the city centre and promenade. We loved the convenience of having a good selection of restaurants and bars nearby. One of the highlights of our stay was the short walk uphill to the viewing point and bar, which was definitely worth the effort. the owner was also very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had.
It was a great stay. Cons: No complaints at all!

The room was even better than expected, with a super comfy bed and stylish furnishings. It was sparkling clean and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with a stunning view from nearby MarJan Hill. The owner was friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bags until our late-night flight. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, the shower was fantastic, and there were lots of pots and pans available if you prefer to cook. a fantastic stay with everything we needed for a short trip.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of Studios Ani. It felt like stepping into a cozy, quaint home that was designed with love and care. The little touches, like the tasteful furnishings and adorable details, made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the studio was easy to navigate and had a comfortable layout. The main streets of Split were just a short 4-minute walk away, allowing me to explore the city without feeling overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be for the staff to provide clearer directions and communication upon arrival. As a senior, it was slightly confusing when the woman I called didn't seem to understand my inquiries, and a non-English speaking man showed me to my room.

I stayed at a lovely little studio that was just perfect for me. It was located in a quiet residential area, but still very close to everything. The main attractions and the city center were just a short walk away, making it really convenient for exploring. The cleanliness of the studio was impeccable, everything was new and spotless. The facilities were also great - the bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom had a nice big shower. I also appreciated having a desk to work on and a washing machine to use free of charge. The hosts were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. it was a fantastic stay in a peaceful location with all the amenities I needed.
Everything is what I need and want.

We loved our stay at this cute little studio. It was just a short walk to the main streets, yet away from the hustle and bustle. The decor was adorable and everything was renovated and clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, perfect for a good night's rest. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette and the friendly hosts. Plus, the added bonus of a litter of kittens in the front yard made our stay even more enjoyable.
Felt spoilt, nothing to complain about.

The apartment was well-appointed and clean, with a comfortable bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. the location was great, just a short walk from the main streets and city center. I loved the fact that it was a bit outside of the hustle and bustle, making it feel like I was coming home to a local neighborhood.
the communication with the hosts was a bit challenging, as I couldn't fully understand them and they seemed confused about my arrival. the room was situated right at the entrance of the building, which meant that I could hear everything that was happening outside, including people coming and going at all hours.

I got fantastic value for my money at Studios Ani in Split. The room exceeded my expectations and was even better than the photos. The location was just a short walk from the city center, yet peaceful. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
The food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
